He has great knowledge of the area, always had the right person to call and get a quote on something that we needed. Very nice person overall, funny, pleasant. Great professional! Highly recommend him!

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the Cape May real estate market and provided valuable insights throughout the entire process. We were new to buying at Jersey Shore and they provided value added insight! Tai truly cares, and his positive attitude (especially during stressful parts of the buying process) was incredibly well received (and needed! From the initial consultation with Carol to the daily (immensely communicative and professional) updates from working with Tai, and their stellar handling of negotiations, Tai ensured us a smooth and successful transaction. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism, along with very humble personality made the whole buying process smooth and easy. He knows real estate inside and out, has solid expertise in construction, he’s honest and very responsive, and he really cared about me getting the best possible deal. Tai even helped me move to the new place! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

It was my first time purchasing at the Jersey Shore and he was more than patient with my lack of knowledge and experience. He showed me multiple properties ranging from condos to single family homes and gave me more than enough time to decide what would work best for me. His knowledge of the market and every location we visited was on point! I couldn’t have asked for a more understanding or helpful agent and I will definitely use him again in the future!
